Wandering Dog Films

Wandering Dog Films is a full-service production company with a simple philosophy: deliver high production value, regardless of project budget. Owners Karuna Eberl and Mark Palmer achieve that through building close relationships with crew, cast and vendors, maintaining a hand's-on work ethic and always keeping the set an environment where everyone enjoys spending their time.

Karuna's producing and line producing credits include a number of feature-length narratives and documentaries (with budgets ranging from $80,000 to $3 million), as well as an array of music videos, commercials and webisodes. She has also directed and edited award-winning documentaries. She's adept at working in many states and climes, from remote Colorado peaks to Caribbean high seas to crowded Santa Monica streets. Mark Palmer's credits also include a number of features, documentaries and shorts, with frequent duties including: camera operator, stunt driver, production coordinator, wild animal wrangler, transportation coordinator, VIP driver, set constructor and law enforcement liaison.

Company services include: Producing, line producing, Movie Magic/EP budgeting (including script breakdown and schedule), production managing, editing and writing. Additional areas of consultation include: script development, casting, business memorandums, marketing and distribution, just to name a few. And if you happen to be shooting in Southern California, SAG, child labor laws and location permits and managing.

Years of production experience: 9 (7 years producing).
Base: Boulder, CO and mountains, with extensive experience in Los Angeles, Utah and Florida.
