Greetings, I'm Kim Hansen, an Instructional Designer, Curriculum Developer and Trainer in Boulder. I work with a rich variety of learners, clients, and subject matter experts to create exceptional instruction and training materials.

My background is in corporate, manufacturing, science, non-profit, and healthcare venues, as well as both k-12, and higher education. This diverse experience brings knowledge and insight to all my instructional training projects. I am comfortable with both technical and soft skill training content, and specialize in developing, or improving instruction and presentation materials for educators and training professionals.

I am skilled and capable with a range of current and traditional technologies, learning theories, and instructional methods, as well as web usability / accessibility, evaluations and assessments, digital portfolios, transformative learning, and open sourceware learning technologies.This resource base enables me to select, innovate, and create appropriate, usable, and reasonably priced learning delivery systems for your web based training and instructional needs.
