Jenny Goring

I’m Jenny Goring - a Multi-Disciplinary Artist and Freelance Illustrator based out of Westminster, Colorado. Whether I’m creating digital illustrations for clients or cut paper collages for my nieces and nephews, my process is generally the same:

• It always starts with at least a little research. I consider the audience for my work and strive to make something that speaks directly to that person or those people.
• I take photos and/or gather images from magazines or online for inspiration and inclusion in the artwork.
• I draw shapes and fill them with visual texture.

This process creates layers of dimension - and potentially layers of meaning - you just don’t get using basic photography or traditional media.
