Hello, is it possible to request a minivan for a group of six people traveling from Split Airport to a hotel in the Old Town area? We have a lot of luggage and want to ensure that everyone can fit comfortably in one vehicle without having to book two separate taxis.

Since many streets in the center of Split are pedestrian-only, how close can a private transfer driver actually get to my accommodation near Diocletian’s Palace? I am worried about carrying heavy suitcases over long distances, so I would appreciate it if you could clarify where the nearest drop-off point for cars is located for travelers staying in the historic district.

And in which hotel are you planning to stay and for how long? I personally stayed at my friend’s house, but I’m curious about the current prices in Split for a hotel in this old part of the city. My friend advised me to order a taxi Split on the GetTransfer website, and by the way, you can choose the class of the car, a minivan too. I’ve never taken a taxi directly to the pedestrian zones before, but it seems to me that this is unlikely to be possible. Unless you have a driver who has permission to do this, it’s better to clarify this further with the support service. In principle, it’s not far to walk from the road to the palace, so even if they don’t take you directly there, I think it won’t be a problem.
