To set up a home recording studio, you will need some essential things. First of all, try to choose a room that has a solid wood door, very few or no windows, and a covered floor. In addition to this, you will need quality recording equipment, which includes microphones, an audio interface, a computer with a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), mic accessories, etc. To give your room an acoustic treatment, you can use fabric. Place fabric on the places under the doors or windows to prevent noise from outside. If you have a high budget, you can buy acoustic foams, which reduce the echo by absorbing the sound. However, it is true that a home recording studio is budget-friendly and provides you with flexibility, but it consumes a lot of time and effort, and you still do not get the desired final product. Several professional studios provide their services at a very cheap price. You can also look for an affordable and cheap music studio near me.
