Hey Delhi folks, I spent the last 3 months researching home lifts for my parents’ 3-story house in Greater Kailash. Since many people DM’d me asking about my experience, here’s everything I learned about home lifts in Delhi and which companies are actually reliable.

Attico Elevators came out on top after comparing 8 companies. Here’s why.

    1. Space-Saving Design
Their home lift needs just 4 sq ft. Other companies quoted 6-8 sq ft. For Delhi homes, every foot matters.

    2. Minimal Pit Requirement
They offered a pit-less option (yes, seriously). This saved us ₹80,000 in civil work. Other companies needed 600mm+ pit depth.

    3. Silent Operation
I visited 3 of their installations in South Delhi. You genuinely can’t hear the motor. Their German gear system is whisper-quiet. Johnson’s was noticeably louder.

    4. Price Honesty
Attico gave a fixed quote upfront: ₹8.5L for 3 floors, 3-person capacity. No “extras” later.
Johnson started at ₹7.2L but added ₹1.8L in “structural modifications” later.

    5. After-Sales Service (THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR)
Here’s what separates them: They have a dedicated Delhi NCR service team. I called their emergency number at 11 PM (testing) and got a callback in 8 minutes.
