A few weeks ago, I helped my cousin improve his business website. Visitors were coming from phones, but many left before checking the services. The text was difficult to read, some buttons were too small, and images looked wrong on smaller screens. At first, he thought more social media posts would bring customers. We decided to improve the website instead. We changed the layout, made the buttons easier to tap, resized images, and checked the pages on different phones. After that, the site felt easier to use.
