How can a brand manage several garment styles in one collection?

I’m curious about how brands manage production when a collection includes many different garment styles. Each style can have its own measurements, materials, artwork, and construction requirements. While researching collection development, I came across the apparel partner and started thinking about this challenge. How do brands keep everything organized when producing several styles together? Do they use separate tech packs, production schedules, spreadsheets, or another system? I’d especially like to hear how people prevent details from getting mixed up between different garments.
