I’ve been looking at Zendrop for my store because I want to make sourcing and order handling a little easier as sales pick up. At first it looked like a pretty obvious choice, but once I started comparing product prices, shipping, and the paid plans, I wasn’t so sure. I don’t want to move a bunch of products over and find out later that the margins are worse or another service would’ve suited the store better. Is Zendrop actually worth using, or would you go with something else?
A lot depends on what you’re selling and where most of your buyers are. One supplier might look great for a certain product and then be completely uncompetitive on the next one once shipping is added. I’d compare a handful of your current products with Spocket and CJDropshipping before moving anything over. Use the same destinations and order sizes on each one, then the difference in cost and delivery time becomes a lot easier to judge.
The monthly fee is only one piece of it, and that’s where a lot of comparisons get misleading. Product markup, shipping times, integrations, and how much of the order flow gets handled for you can change the numbers pretty fast once sales start growing. The main points are broken down in this Zendrop review here: https://easync.io/articles/zendrop-review/ . Compare the same products you’re already selling against a couple of the alternatives mentioned there. That should give you a much clearer answer than picking Zendrop just because the storefront side looks convenient.
