MT82 in my 2016 GT is starting to feel like stirring a box of rocks, anyone in Sharjah actually fix these right?

Look I knew what I was signing up for when I bought a manual Mustang out here, everyone and their mother warned me about the MT82 being notchy when cold and having a high rpm lockout if you try to bang gears too fast, but lately my 2016 GT has started doing this thing where second gear just does not want to go in smoothly at all unless I double clutch like I’m driving a vintage truck from the seventies and even then there’s this faint grinding noise that I’m trying really hard to pretend is just the synchros being temperamental in the humidity. I took it to a shop near Sahara Centre because a buddy said they do good work on American cars but they basically just changed the fluid to some generic stuff and said come back if it gets worse which is not exactly the confidence boost I was hoping for considering I can feel the shifter vibrating under my palm at highway speeds now. I’ve been reading that these boxes really need a specific fluid and sometimes a shifter bracket upgrade to align everything properly but I don’t have the space or the patience to drop the transmission in my building’s parking garage and honestly I’d rather just pay someone who actually knows the MT82’s quirks to give it a proper once over before I end up needing a full rebuild because I ignored the warning signs for too long. I was poking around online trying to find a gearbox specialist on this side of town that doesn’t just want to sell me a new transmission and I landed on https://gearboxrepairsharjah.ae/brands/mustang/ which seems to list some specific services for the Mustang but I’m always a bit wary of places I find through a search rather than a direct recommendation from someone who’s actually handed over their keys and driven away happy. Anyone on here had a similar MT82 headache fixed properly in Sharjah or am I better off just living with the crunch until I can justify trading it in for a 10 speed auto and calling it a day.
