Vidalista 60 mg contains tadalafil, a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction. It should never be taken with nitrate medicines used for chest pain, such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate or isosorbide dinitrate, or with recreational drugs known as “poppers,” because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. It must also not be combined with riociguat, a medicine used for certain types of pulmonary hypertension. Other medicines requiring medical review include alpha-blockers such as tamsulosin and doxazosin, blood pressure medicines, certain antifungals such as ketoconazole and itraconazole, some antibiotics such as clarithromycin, and HIV medicines such as ritonavir, as they may increase side effects or alter tadalafil levels. Do not combine Vidalista with other erectile dysfunction medicines, such as sildenafil (Viagra or Cenforce), unless specifically directed by a doctor. Since 60 mg is higher than the usual recommended maximum single dose of tadalafil for erectile dysfunction (20 mg), do not take this strength without medical advice. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter drugs and supplements you use before taking it.
